Now this is a bag that reminds me of so much. When I first came across the Marc Jacobs Jennifer Bird Cage Shoulder Bag I couldn’t decide if I loved it or completely hated it. I appreciate how unique it is, however, I have some news for you, there is something else I think of more. For all of you Seinfeld fans out there, you are certainly familiar with the retirement community Jerry’s parents live in Florida, Del Boca Vista.

This is the kind of bag I can picture someone in a retirement community picking up and matching with another bird inspired outfit. Ok, well, all joking aside, personally, this bag is too much for me. The black leather, golden hardware and mulitcolor front bird cage embellishments all come together for quite the statement piece. Perhaps someone like Carrie Bradshaw could pull this off with one of her more out there looks, but other than that, I can’t imagine many of us using it, especially at this price. But tell me, can you see yourself rockin this bag or not?

This time, Marc Jacobs added quirky playfulness into Marc Jacobs handbags design again. We have to admit that he isn’t shy about incorporating different colours, textures and adding funny decoration. Every time he released new collection, almost all keen fashionistas strongly adore the timeless creation. The newest bags from the Marc by Marc Jacobs line is no exception.

First Look of the Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 09 Handbag Collection – Part 1

It is really a fact that Marc Jacobs handbags can always greatly impress us. So does the handbag collection with elegance, practicality, boldness and fashion this season. It seems that Marc Jacobs has never stopped getting trendy design, and the new collection will continue to bring surprise, even much more. For example, fitting with the fascinating design of ready-to-wear, the Vortex line with Cartoon Paisley are good in emphasizing the luxurious life of 80th; the New Yor Rocker and Stardust reorientated kinds of classic styles and will absolutely lead a new scare buying; the brand new Jumbo Waves line still keeps on creating the modern faddish ladies with self-confidence.

The Vortex would be one of the most fabulous line this season. Inspired from the punk music, it features chic jewelry-shaped studs decoration. Here I will present you the other three lines from Marc Jacobs collection new season.

Memphis

Marc Jacobs Memphis collection is one of the most dazzling focus in its Spring/Summer 09 Fashion Show. Marc Jacobs handbags of the collection really combined elegance, utility and fashion together. They features unique style with great color composition and chic details, showing nice feminine nobleness. This season, the line uses quality artistically woven lambskin or sparking leather with light color tones including purple, coffee and beige, plus with ornate leather tassels and padlock accessory on the front, all of which successfully made chic bags that can be used in any occasion.

Jumbo Waves

The Jumbo Waves line tends to establish the feminine appearance on the original functional bags. Designers took advantage of distinctive cut to embroider the wave and geometry veins, perfectly make the vibrant design which will give our outfit a little personality.

The Safety Pin reflects the season trend of 80’s punk rock. Actually, Mar Jacobs started doing the ’safety pin’ bags last season and have been widely favored.
